random thoughts on health

bad bacteria cannot survive in oxygen rich environments, the appendix long assumed to be vestigial may house good bacteria for times of need, although not for me, yogurt contains good bacteria...bacteria(viruses) feed on sugar, starch breaks down into sugar....most americans consume too much starch and sugar, even non meat eaters as we tend to eat alot of pasta, rice, cereal etc....been getting some tasty creations from the dehydrator, and not just dried fruits in fact haven't had any dry fruit, gonna have to talk to someone about that...don't limit yourself with labels-vegan, vegetarian, find a balance that works for you, just not a meat based diet...a friend takes cholesterol medication and not once did his doctor tell him that meat is the only source of cholesterol on the planet...hmmm....but doctors want you to be healthy don't they...don't they???
...the air quality has been pretty bad the last few days from the fires...so hold your breath...
